Beautiful view and particular hotel with mostly 10 rooms. The only issue is the entrance door was locked when I came back late. But easily solved by contacting the receptionist.

這個酒店的入住感如同酒店名稱一樣，讓人“歎息”。
定了一間景觀房，住了三個晚上，第一晚沒有Wi-Fi、沒有洗澡的熱水、沒有免費的水、沒有熱水壺。然後反饋的酒店，酒店給換了一樓房間，沒有景觀而且就在街鋪上面，每天都有些吵一直到晚上11點左右。
第二天算是平穩度過，衹是花了2500多一晚的景觀房變成了不到2000的普通無景房。
第三個晚上就悲催了，已經換過一次的房間又開始沒有熱水洗澡了，連前台説了都説我衹能怪自己運氣不好。
我不知道這是運氣還是酒店本身出了問題，一位女前台還説三樓沒有Wi-Fi她沒有聽客人反饋過……
唉，一再一次歎息！2500多人民幣一晚上的這個水平
酒店，真的是坑了，不建議大家入坑。

No air conditioning made for very hot and stuffy rooms. We spent as little time in the rooms as possible because it was so uncomfortable. Everything else was top notch - room service was excellent (10 out of 10) - the rooms were nicely decorated and appointed. Staff was friendly and all spoke English well. Location is excellent and having its own boat dock is convenient.

This is a typical yet fabulous hotel in the middle of Venice. The staff are excelllent, it is located right on the water and so you can get your water taxi to take you right to the door from the airport. The in room breakfast is a real treat too, we will be back there 😁
