Really lovely hotel smacked in the heart of the San Marco. We booked a room for two and boy, the space was generous with amazing furnishings and super clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Private docking area is a plus - allows arrival and departure in style - if you have a dollar to spare!

First time in a Venice, and I stayed for a night with my friend. The location is far from the ferry pier but it is close to the St Marks Square. There is a pizzeria right in front, but we did not try it. The room is spacious and I love the bathroom! Hotel staffs are friendly as well. Didn’t managed to take photos though..

It was a nice, small and cute hotel located about 5 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square ^^However, I tried to drink a drink from the minibar in the room, but there was no opener so I gave up. I was disappointed that the breakfast table was small and that there was no toothbrush in the room unless I ordered it. Everything else was good ^^ The garden was so cute!

A super satisfying accommodation experience. Although the hotel is on the main island and far away from the train station, it can be reached directly by taxi boat. The hotel room is also large, the breakfast is rich, and the price is high. After checking out, we could also ask the hotel to help us book a taxi back to the train station. Due to the rising water level, the boat could not come to the hotel pier, but the hotel doorman helped carry our luggage and took us to the taxi pick-up point. We did not ask for a tip, but we still gave some. After all, we both The suitcase is close to 60kg, I am very satisfied.

The room is large and has a bathtub. The hotel is kept very clean. The breakfast was delicious and rich. The location is close to St. Mark's Square. But pushing luggage is still a bit troublesome.

I really liked the hotel - great location near San Marco, but very quiet. Spacious room, comfortable bed. It was warm in November - the temperature can be adjusted independently. High-quality cosmetics, added every day. Delicious breakfast with lots of pastries, vegetables and fruits in a very beautiful place. There is prosecco, amazing coffee. Cozy bar with reasonable prices. A beautiful pier with a garden and a view of the Bridge of Sighs. Highly recommend!

The location is very good, just next to St. Mark's Square. The breakfast is nothing and the room is a bit small.

The hotel is very good, but a bit expensive. The front desk is very welcoming. There was a strike in Italy when we came to this hotel. The front desk patiently told us how to get out of the island and helped us a lot.

The hotel has its own pier. It is very convenient to get in and out by water taxi. You can also take a water bus for a short walk. It is very close to St. Mark's Square. The breakfast is also very rich. The suite is very large and great value

The excellent service and the spectacular location very close to the square and with access to all the shops, including restaurants of all kinds. The staff is very friendly and the hotel bar has excellent service.
