The host is very nice. He approached us once we booked the room. He greeted us and asked us anything he could help when arrived. He provided us sightseeing recommendations and routes through Google map. The place is located good. We had a good time there.

Owner of the apartment, Alessandro was very prompt in all queries and replies expeditiously. Place is suitable for families up to 4 pax. The environment is very cosy and rustic. Locality of the apartment is great. Near to the train station and within waking distance. Alessandro gives clear guidance and states everything clearly in his messages thru WhatsApp. He conversed well in English. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay with nice memories of Venice and his hospitality.

It's a quiet and convenient location, less than 10 minutes' walk from Venice Santa Lucia Station along the tourist street, and even though it's close to the downtown area, it's one street down a backstreet.
The gondola station and other areas are also within walking distance, so we were able to fully enjoy Venice from here.
The room felt like an old Venetian house, and had a townhouse-like atmosphere in Japan, so we enjoyed a different side of Italy.

The location is very good, on the main island of Venice and close to the St. Lucie train station! Get off at Piazzale Roma and walk for 10 minutes to get there! It’s not too hard to lug a big box around! After checking out, I can store my boxes in the lobby. The host also enthusiastically helped me book restaurants. He responded quickly to questions using WeChat, which was great!
The disadvantage is that the heating facilities in the room are not perfect and the room is cold. Venice is cold in winter and the room is not warm. The child later developed a fever, which affected the subsequent itinerary! The single bed is relatively narrow, so singles may worry about falling off the bed!

Host was incredibly helpful, lots of great recommendations and happily stored our luggage for us so we could explore the city before and after our stay. Great location, lovely and quiet and the accommodation was really cute and traditional. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Venice. The apartment was truly beautiful – tastefully decorated with a charming interior that perfectly reflected the Venetian atmosphere. Everything was very clean and cozy, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect – just a short walk from the train station, which made our arrival with backpacks very easy and convenient. Right next to the apartment there is a canal, where in the evening you can enjoy a beautiful and peaceful walk. The host was extremely responsive, kind, and attentive, always answering quickly and being very helpful throughout our stay. This made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. It was honestly one of the most memorable accommodations of our trip. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family, and I am sure I will return here again!
