오후 1시경에 도착하였고 관리인이 없어서 우크라인도 예약한 방에 들어가지 못하고 관리인에게 전화하고
더운 날씨에 관리인을 기다리고 있었다
우리도 한참을 기다리니까 청소부 인듯한 사람이 왔는데 방청소가 안되어있다고 했다, 오후 3시에 오라고했고 곧이어 관리인듯한 여인이와서
우크라인에게 이중방문 여는방법을 알려주고 있었고, 우리는 방 비밀번호를 알려 달라고하니까 오후3시에 문자로 알려주겠다고 했다.
그러나 오후 3시에 방 비밀번호는 알려주지 않았다. 베니스에 갔다가 저녁에 오니 비밀번호도 몰라서 전화통화하였으나 방 비밀번호을 알 수 없어서
방에 들어가지 못하고 계속통화로만 했다. 함께간 친구가 화가 많이 났다. 예약을 했으면 방 비밀번호를 알려주었어야 했는데 오후3시에 문자메세지로 알려주겠다고 하더니
알려주지도 않았고, 전화통화떼에도 비밀번호를 잘 알려주었으면 되었을텐데 서비스가 엉망인 집이다. 호텔 홍보 명세서에는 공항에서 1.1km라고 되어있는데 소비자를 속이는 순 엉터리로 기재되어있다. 공항 철조망때문에 도저히 그냥 걸어서 갈수 없는 길도 없는 오지 구석에 관리인도 없는 서비스도 매우 나쁜 호텔이다. 결국 10분후에 오겠다던 관리인(집주인)은
늦게와서 하루 숙박할 수가 있었는데, 아침에 조식이 오래된 식빵과 과자부스러기,딱딱한 오렌지등뿐이다. 공항까지 08시55분까지 또는 늦어도 09시05분까지 차가 온다고 요금내고 예약을 했는데 09시10분이 되어도 차가 오지 않아서 계속전화하니까 미안하다는 말만 했다. 그리고 9시30분이 넘어서 차가왔다 . 서비스가 매우 나쁜 호텔(게스트하우스)이다. 다시는 투숙하고 싶지 않은 게스트하우스다. 호텔(게스트하우스) 서비스,위치,식사, 편의시설 모두 최악이고 호텔이 아닌 관리인 없는 게스트하우스다.

Diago was great! We took our senior daughter to Florence and Rome and I wish we had more time in Venice. Good time in Rome but big city vibes… We fell in love with Florence and can’t wait to until our next visit!

Bus stop was on a busy road. No room for bus to stop and traffic was at high speed.
Walming from airport directions were clear until the short cut which we mssed

Misleading
MISLEADING - This is not a hotel as stated in the original booking information. This was a bedroom at the bottom of someone's home. The site is currently being renovated. Scaffolding around the home, bare wires sticking out of walls, holes with insulation exposed and mildew smell. No services within 1+ mile of the property. 3 days before we arrived, proprietor continually hounded us for our passport and other personal information. Extremely uncomfortable beds. Similar to camping cots.

A great stay not just for one night
Great location for close to airport. We walked (20mins) with luggage but you can get a taxi/uber or bus (from 5:20am) if you prefer. Didn’t look around much but it was very quiet and the aircon was VERY much appreciated. Great communication too.

This is a great place to stay if you need to be near the airport. The host gives excellent detailed check in instructions, he even provides detailed information on how to get there from the airport. The breakfast that was left was good too.

This is a lovely place to stay. Very clean comfy and safe. For after hours admission users, a web link on your phone to trigger the doors which works very well. The walk to the airport is doable even with big cases, but does Cross want a busy road and makes use of a small wooded cut through. Perhaps it’s best to take a taxi from the airport if arriving after dark. Overall quiet safe and very clean.

Very convenient to the airport. Just a mile or 2. Nicely remodeled bathroom. Great AC. We enjoyed the breakfast. Just a one nite stay for us between oversea flight and a bus ride to Ravenna for a cruise. Would stay again

This is a perfect property if you have an early flight at the Venice Airport. The check-in is easy, and the host extremely responsive. There is a convenient shuttle to the airport, 24/7.
