Unable to work or connect. There is NO safe/safety box. The television is only for the photo, because it DOES NOT work. The water barely comes out of the shower and hopefully it heats up a little. They DO NOT offer cleaning service in the room during your stay. You have to pay it extra if you want. There is no elevator. Impossible for people with reduced mobility or families with babies and/or strollers. No one offers to meet you at the train terminal to help with your luggage. They do not give you a legal receipt for the payment of the municipal tax (4 euros per person per night). It does not have black out curtains so light and sun enter all the time. As soon as the sun rises, light enters the room. In addition to the external noise of the boats (which is not the accommodation's fault). The bed has no box spring and the mattress sinks in the middle. The towels look like sheets because they are so thin (they hardly dry). We paid more than 200 euros a night, WITHOUT breakfast. We do NOT recommend it. The only positive thing is the view of the canal (if you hire the room with such a view) and the air conditioning that works well.
