Not clean, moldy stairs, old carpet in room, mosquitoes if windows open, really needs renovation, furnishings and curtains are very old and all things seem to be falling apart, shared tiny bathroom not well kept and small with broken toilet top, I do not recommend this stay even if it is in a good location with handy shops near by, it was very disappointing.

The environment certainly doesn't exude joy. The most exciting thing is the shower curtain decorated with bamboo, a typical shrub of the region. Bring a color TV and hairdryer from home if you are dependent on them. Be careful when booking, as not all rooms have a private bathroom. The location is good for the Biennale venues: Arsenale and Giardini. Calm and discreet neighborhood, with various comforts: nearby pizzeria, taverns, pastry shop, supermarket. Breakfast not provided: if you do not attach the appropriate tag, the room will not be cleaned. The stairs in the house are quite steep, but my room had a very high ceiling and exposed beams, and two windows on the Salizada, not too noisy.
