The hotel is located near the train station, the area is good. You can walk to the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre and other attractions of Paris. Of the minuses, the air conditioner temperature needs to be adjusted at the reception; it cannot be changed above/below the already set one. The checkout process is too long.

I can't understand all the good reviews. I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is wonderful. Only a few minutes to the train station and a vaporetto station practically right in front of the door. Bars and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. The room (single room under the attic) is very small, spartan, the furniture is almost falling apart, with a steep staircase and the ceiling is very low, so that I couldn't stand upright at 1.80m. And it's very noisy. You hear from the guests in. Neighboring room pretty much everything. The bathroom is also tiny. If you are tall or very corpulent, it becomes difficult. I hit my knees on the wall as I sat on the toilet. After I arrived I found hair on the floor and dust that wasn't even a day old. Which I found pretty disgusting. Unfortunately I cannot upload any photos for this. After I told the host, my room was cleaned immediately and it was fine after that. However, the landlord assumed that I had put the hair there myself. That's a disgrace and doesn't work at all!! You probably can't handle criticism here!! I received a negative review on Airbnb. Sergio was very unfriendly and arrogant. I didn't get to experience the famous Italian friendliness. Marcella, on the other hand, is a very nice host who provided me with everything I needed. Also tips on what you should see. Venice is a breathtakingly beautiful city and I will definitely come back. But I will choose another accommodation!!

Ich war hier für 3 Nächte untergebracht. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Nur paar Minuten zum Bahnhof und eine Vaporetto Station quasi direkt vor der Tür. Auch Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer ( EZ unterm Dach ) ist sehr klein, spartanisch eingerichtet, einer steilen Treppe und die Decke ist sehr niedrig, sodass ich mit meinen 1,80m nicht aufrecht stehen konnte. Auch das Bad ist winzig. Wenn man groß ist oder sehr korpulent, wird es schwierig. Ich stieß mit den Knien an der Wand an, als ich auf dem WC saß. Nach meiner Ankunft fand ich Haare am Boden und Staub, der nicht erst einen Tag alt war. Was ich ziemlich eklig fand. Nachdem ich es dem Gastgeber mitteilte, wurde mein Zimmer umgehend geputzt und danach war es in Ordnung. Mir wurde als Entschuldigung die "tassa di Soggiorno" erlassen. Das war sehr nett. Sergio war schon freundlich, aber nicht übermäßig, wie schon ich schon in anderen Bewertungen gelesen hatte. Die berühmte italienische Freundlichkeit und Art habe ich nicht erleben dürfen. Besonders hervorragend ist das liebevolle und von Marcella handgemachte Frühstück. Sie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die mich mit allem versorgt hat, was ich brauchte. Auch Tipps, was man gesehen haben sollte. Vielen Dank, Marcella hierfür. 😊 Venedig ist eine atemberaubend schöne Stadt und ich komme sicher wieder. Werde aber eine andere Unterkunft wählen!

Piccolo B&B nel cuore di Venezia, camere curate, pulite e caratteristiche (materasso comodissimo). Bagno pulitissimo con doccia, asciugamani morbidissimi e caldo. Colazione buona, varia e abbondante. La signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile. Complimenti! Consigliatissimo!

Soggiorno di due notti/tre giorni a inizio aprile per una parentesi di stacco super bien riuscita. Accoglienza meravigliosa con Sergio e Marcella, che ci preparava la colazione la mattina con un fare da mamma e proponeva altresì dei panini per la giornata! Camera e bagno puliti, posizione buona per spostarsi verso il centro. Consigliatissimo, grazie!! 😁
