My friend and I had the best time here! Location is great, just 5 min from the train station..we took the train to St Lucia to explore Venice and visited the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. Stayed 3 nights. The gym was ok and I used it once, had to book and most equipment were ok..just the treadmill was a bit old and slipped a bit at times. Laundry service was out of order but there are many laundromat nearby.

It is a bit noisy at night. Location js convenient, 7minutes walk to supermarket.

What can I say? From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. They even offered us coffee from the breakfast floor when we asked about good coffee spots nearby, and kindly let us use their machine. It was such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s location is fantastic—just minutes from Mestre and only 5 minutes from a supermarket, with some great dining options nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and to top it all off, they surprised me with a lovely birthday note and a bottle of prosecco. It really set the tone for our trip—a perfect start to our time in Venice!

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff were excellent and the room was perfect. The location was great. Everything about our stay was excellent. The rooms have everything you needed and the bed was so comfortable. Honestly haven't got anything bad to say about the place. Staff at reception are genuinely lovely people. Would absolutely stay here again in fact I don't think I'd even bother looking elsewhere. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Everything was great , only I think need approve customer service bit more professional, be soft bit .. otherwise the customer feels they did something wrong or feel like in police station

Very close proximity to railway station and one stop away from Venice. Had a pleasant stay. Staffs are friendly and very helpful.
