部分工作人員挺熱情禮貌。部分面無表情，跟他打招呼也不迴應。32平方的房間佈局極度不合理，從來沒遇到過這麼小的廁所！！！我在巴黎15平的房間的廁所都比這個大！！！洗個手 小腿無數次碰到馬桶！！淋浴間轉個身都困難！我還是女生比較瘦 那高大些的人怎麼洗啊？？？巨無敵小的廁所 誰能想到啊！特地選大的房間！而且床頭附近也沒有插座 不能邊充電邊玩手機 整個房間所有插座都是靠近地面很低的位置 非常不方便！！！

Das Hotel ist ein wunderbar restaurierter Palazzo, in dem die modernen technischen Annehmlichkeiten so integriert sind, dass sie das Gesamtbild nicht stören. Besser kann man das eigentlich nicht machen. Der Service ist ebenfalls erstklassig mit netten und zuvorkommenden, mehrsprachigen Mitarbeitern. Das Frühstück war das Beste, was wir bisher in einem Hotel hatten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

酒店距離車站步行很方便，10分鐘內可達，
酒店服務人員比較冷漠，甚至不願搭把手拿行李，
酒店內部環境裝修是宮殿風，威尼斯都是old building，但酒店內部都是新裝修的，
總體還行。

The room was huge and gorgeous. Staff was very helpful and the bathroom had two basins and an overhead shower. It was quite elegant.

Exceptional, have been to Venice several times this will always be home in beautiful Venice. Loved it, arrived on train from Florence and a short walk to hotel. Breakfast a la carte was awesome and fits the romantic charm.
