I've stayed here before and I returned despite complications with electricity because the price was reasonable and the location was good. I was overall pleased with my last experience. This time, not so much. Something went missing from my room and the staff excused this with "That's impossible, we have cameras". It was a €60 item and I had used it in the morning, we went out and when we came back it was gone. I asked if anybody else had access to the room and again, all they kept saying was "It's impossible, we have cameras". Pretty sure if someone were to steal something they wouldn't wave it around in areas there might be cameras. I was angry and frustrated with the whole situation of something going missing in a place you should feel safe to store your personal belongings, but now I'm furious about the way they handled the situation as well. Very unprofessional.

Es un alojamiento muy bien situado , en un barrio tranquilo pero andando llegas a todos lados , personal muy atento en todo momento , habitaciones amplias y limpias , camas grandes y comodas , le daria un 10 sin duda si no fuera porque justo pegado hay una sala alternativa y hacen conciertos ( nosotros nos alojamos un viernes y sábado ) y los conciertos empezaron a las 22.00 hasta la madrugada parece que los conciertos están dentro de la habitación un horror con lo que te hace casi imposible dormir ......

Belle camere spaziose in stile Veneziano che si affacciano su un canale a circa 20 minuti del centro a piedi in un quartiere calmo. Ottima connessione WIFI e climatizzazione. Rapporto, qualità, prezzo buono per essere a Venezia. Ci hanno dato il codice di accesso ed eravamo poi liberi per entrare e uscire.
