Let’s start with the positives. Central location. Negatives. We were struggling to find the hotel so we rang the hotel only to receive no answer. When we rang the buzzer we were met with the rudest reception ever. A male staff member opened the door demanding we ring the buzzer again and then we will be let inside. He was shouting at us and when he opened the door he stormed off knocking over a plant pot that was in the entrance. We were very confused as to what has happened and it ruined our arrival to the hotel. Steps are needed in regards customer service and perhaps clearer instructions regards entry to ensure no other customers are greeted in that manner again.

We arrived & left without seeing anyone! The service was disgusting as there was NOBODY to talk to. Left us to our own devices with no help. So we’ve left this morning again seeing NOBODY! We left the keys and left for the airport. I then received this message. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE

We had a 2 night stay and it was excellent, the rooms were clean and tidy and everything that you need for a short break, breakfast was brilliant and plenty to eat. we arrived late evening and were met with a note with full instructions and how to get to our room which was in another part.

I will start with the positives. It is very centraly located. 5mins from St Marks Sqaure. Air conditioning in the room was fantastic was essential as it was so warm during our stay. Rest of the room was OK, needs a bit of tlc but was OK. Views were as expected, into other people's properties. Breakfast was adequate, best thing was the quiche. No wide choice but was OK. We did find the perfect restaurant about 1 min away. Sadly now the negative, the place was very noisy until 1am, partly to do with the location but also to do with upstairs locals that sounded like a herd of elephants all night running around. Did raise it as a problem but not much can be done. Also another issue was the number of stairs to get up to Breakfast if you are staying in annexe, no lifts so expect a quick workout before breakfast. So all in all OK but not amazing, if you want somewhere that is close to most of the tourist attractions in venice and reasonably priced, and not too worried about sleeping then this is would be fine, if you have issues with stairs and noise look elsewhere.

a pochi passi da piazza San Marco posto incantevole, la nostra camera tripla era spaziosa e pulita e con uno splendido tocco veneziano. Abbiamo viaggiato con la nostra cagnolina labrador. Tutta la famiglia ed Andrea ci hanno accolto in modo impeccabile , con giusti consigli per visitare al meglio la città e ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. Buona la colazione. A presto ...

Hotel muy viejo. Falta de limpieza, en el baño habían pelos. Mala olor en todo el edificio. Paredes finas, oímos como tosían en la habitación de al lado. La ubicación no esta mal pero desde luego no vale la pena. No lo recomiendo!

Inizio da una accoglienza fatta con cortesia e professionalità. La camera va contestualizzata. È un affittacamere in centro a Venezia. É un 2 stelle e questo dobbiamo aspettarci. Importante é mettere on chiaro che sia pulito e dignitoso. Molte cose potrebbero essere migliorate ma nel complesso, per poche notti, va bene

Hotel accogliente nel centro di Venezia a pochi passi da tutte le maggiori attrazioni. Staff cordiale e gentile. Camere pulite, bagno in camera spazioso. Unica pecca ambiente, a causa delle nuove disposizioni ministeriali, camera un po’ fredda… eravamo intorno ai 17* In ogni caso, molto consigliato!
