Sadly there were ants and cockroaches in our bathroom. The staff acted like this happened a lot and blamed us for not telling them soon enough.

I don’t recommend this hotel.
We stayed for 2days.
The room is small and the bed and the blanket is thin.
The floor is cold and the bathroom is not good that much.
I feel like not worth it .

The hotel is very close to the disembarkation point, which is very convenient, but the stairs are narrow, and it is difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs. The bathroom is old, the shower leaks, and the toilet is ticking all night. The room is really old and should be repaired

The rooms are in a sad state. The heating did not work well. The TV did not work properly, only very few Italian channels. The staff are friendly and do their best, but the hotel itself does not deserve that name. The location near St. Mark´s Square is the only highlight.
The rooms are narrow, but the bathroom amenities function. Not recommendabble for a plesant stay.

Checked in at 10pm, or attempted to. Nobody in the house. Had to call the main line and they didn't know which hotel I was calling for attention. Either way they said someone was coming. It took another ten minutes and then there was an issue with our passports. In the last ten cities in Mid Central and Eastern Europe we have not had this much trouble with any hotel. Good value for a pain in the ass.
