The air conditioner cannot be adjusted by itself, and the startup noise is very loud, but this is the case here. The customized breakfast service is not bad, but there is no coffee provided, and I was not asked proactively.

The facility was really clean.
Room was comfortable, they have a pool and a hot tub in the common area, with a bar right next to it.
Pool area closes at 10 pm apparently, which wasn’t marked. We were chilling in the hot tub while the staff kicked us out. It would be nicer if there was a sign telling us what time the pool area was open.

The hotel lobby and pool area were really nice . The room was fine. Clear.. The air conditioning was horrible and antiquated. The temperature was not comfortable. Cold hot and hot cold and noisy. They were, like everywhere else, short staffed. We had to settle for a room on the second floor. The elevator wasn’t working. That’s lots of luggage up and down. Like I said the hotel was clean and very pretty. Even tjhe room was ok. It was just the loud air conditioner that made it very unpleasant to sleep.

It was an amazing property with a great pool area, outside bar and food and Paul the bartender. Really made the time there fun and we left feeling we met a friend for life !!

It’s like going back in time to a drive up outside the room Holiday in back in the nineties! Worst hotel I’ve stay in for 20 years!

The staff were incredibly rude and there were bags of trash/housekeeping linens all over. The shower squealed the whole time it was in use and the bathroom fan sounded like a dying rabbit. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, but I ended up checking out after 1 night and going elsewhere.

Property is in terrible shape. Staff is lazy and could care less. No working ice machines. Reserved a ground floor room and was given a 2 nd floor room. Elevator broken. No batteries in our tv remote

The room was not very clean and over priced. I spoke to the front desk and they took care of it immediately. When we came back the room was immaculate, house keeping spent about 2-21/2hrs cleaning.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I don’t know if I would stay there again.
