Il Pozzo Magico

I rented two rooms in this structure, I was on a business trip with a colleague. The rooms are spacious, very clean, with a bathroom perfectly equipped with towels and hairdryer. in the room there is a fridge and a kettle with cups available. The person who comes to check in is very nice and helpful. The structure is in a logistically strategic position, near the San Stae stop on the Grand Canal. Just outside the door there is a small bar where you can have breakfast, a few meters away is an excellent tavern where you can have lunch or dinner. Definitely recommend this facility

Appalling. I booked 2 months before saying that I would arrive at 8:30 p.m. and that if there was any problem, they told me no, 2 weeks before I wrote to confirm and they told me that after 8:30 p.m. there would be a supplement of €40, I told them that They didn't put that on any website, nor did they tell me when I made the reservation, and they told me “these are the rules, if you don't accept them you can book at another hotel”. I canceled and what a coincidence I start looking and after two hours they had raised the room by €100…a scam.

La limpieza se hace cada 3 días. Pero por lo demás excelente y Claudio muy amable. En ******* debieran avisar que se abona a parte una tasa de 5€/noche/persona y que no está incluido en el precio

Prima di tutto dico che non è un Hotel ma un affittacamere. Non c'è una reception presente H24. Non esiste un'insegna sulla strada ma il posto si individua solo tramite il numero civico e la scritta sul citofono. Le stanze sono moderne e accettabili per il prezzo che chiedono. Grande pecca i materassi sul letto matrimoniale che sono divisi e di pessima qualità per cui il mal di schiena ci ha accompagnato durante la vacanza. La stanza non viene rassettata durante il soggiorno quindi troverete sempre presente tutto lo sporco che genarate. Non esiste un deposito bagagli custodito con chiave. Noi abbiamo dovuto lasciare le nostra valigie nell'atrio d'ingresso e per fortuna non le ha toccate nessuno (l'atrio è vigilato da una telecamera). Molto utile l'accesso con codice a citofono e chiave fornita solo per le emergenze. Per questo si ha molta libertà di accesso.
