酒店位置非常好，和瑞吉酒店在一個院裏，出門就是坐貢多拉的碼頭和奢侈品購物街，不到五分鐘就能到聖馬可廣場和去機場的water taxi碼頭。這個公寓型的小酒店應該只有13個房間，我們定的最便宜的標準間，在一層101，隔着客廳對着reception的房間，窗户正對着瑞吉酒店的大門，房間設施很講究，每一層電梯口出來都有一個小客廳，每層的沙發和窗簾用不同的顏色，有桌子、沙發、茶几和落地枱燈，像家裡的小客廳，很舒適温馨。前台的Laura人很漂亮又熱情，讓人賓至如歸的感覺。非常推薦！

位置在島上的瑞吉隔壁 絕佳的位置很方便。 有電梯 前台小哥哥非常友好。 房間無功無過 如果可以還是希望能住的更舒服一點

Outstanding Boutique Hotel. Charming, friendly and such a big help with everything on our trip. Lara was superior! Rooms are beautiful, charming and clean . Would highly recommend. Will definitely stay again and refer this establishment to family and friends

This is a quiet, classy hotel. Housekeeping was efficient, and easy to communicate through email with the manager (i.e., if we needed extra towels, etc.) There is a small coffee machine. The room was spacious, and included a "parlor" room, with a sofa and window out to the canal, which was very convenient. Good location, close to St. Marks. It is on a canal, and we enjoyed listening to the gondolas go by. There is a covered sitting area off the lobby, where you can relax in comfortable chairs and watch the gondolas go by. Plenty of closet space. We highly recommend it!

Fantastic location and great to use as a base for wandering around. It's so close to St Mark's Square and near many landmarks so you can easily navigate your way back to it. We stayed in a ground floor room directly off the main entrance so heard a few door noises during our stay but the price was great for the location. Very easy to book and great communication from the reservations team.

Loved staying here in Venice! Perfect location - super close to the water taxi stops and in walking distance to St Marks Square, Rialto bridge etc. The rooms were large and very clean! But the best part was the staff! They couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Although there’s no bar or catering facilities, staying here is a must if you’re looking for spacious, elegant, comfortable, individualistic accommodation right in the heart of Venice. It’s beautiful, convenient, homely but smart and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful (Laura in particular is an absolute gem, delivering the kind of service one would normally expect in a five star hotel. Everything is a walk or boat ride away, and the suites are relaxing but luxurious. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed just for one night in early March. Excellent little hotel with exceptional customer service. Lara is a great host. Personable and efficient. Great recommendations for dinner and must sees for our too short visit. Not sure when/if we will ever be back to Venice. Definitely would stay here again. Convenient to everything.

An absolutely phenomenal and extremely memorable stay. The location of this hotel is perfect, and our room, was stunning and extremely comfortable. What truly made this stay special was the staff. What distinguishes a great hotel from a good hotel is service. This hotel is at the very top of my list for a return stay, and we very much so look forward to our next stay here!
