It’s a fantastic hotel , the reception is also pretty good sales , the restaurants are nice , but I would definitely go on a glass factory trip rather than the boat around tour , maybe stay for 2 more nights to enjoy some concerts ,

We had a lovely room with a view of the canal and so many things to do so close by! Don't worry that there is no elevator as they gladly assist with luggage. Folks at the front desk are very friendly, engaged, and helpful. Better signage for where to check-in would be helpful...we walked right past it. The one downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the ferry stop when you're pulling luggage and you have to cross a bridge with steps. Otherwise - great place!

Can't really find a fault with this hotel.
Ice cold air conditioning was so welcome in the 34degree heat of Venice.
Location is fantastic. The room was spacious, bathroom had a double shower.
If I ever come back to Venice I will stay here

Great location and service but the bathroom smells like sewage. The room also smells like mold and after staying a few days it made my throat burn.
