the hotel is ideally situated for tourism purposes. the room we had was clean and tidy and everything worked. it would have been better if there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the room was made up each day which was nice .the breakfast was very basic and the coffee was revolting. we used the bar one evening and found the the staff rude and unhelpful . overall the stay was ok

What kinda shot hotel that is!
Is it a hotel or a maze?It took like 5 minutes to get to the room!So many turns to go!After getting out ofthere, It's a totally different building!Where am I?Let alone there bad attitude!So Arrogant!
They gave us an attic to live!Is that for human beings?We kept bumping into our heads on the rooftop!Holy ****!

Excellent location with very clean rooms. Rooms are small but normal for Venice. Hotel offers luggage storage before and after your stay, provides WiFi and your stay includes breakfast with excellent choices, including warm fresh croissants.
Amazing bar and restaurant directly across hotel to your right as you step out the front door with some of the best chefs and food I have ever tasted.
Reception desk staff could be more friendly. Only one staff member had a good personality and always happy to help with a smile. My hats off to him, every guest loved him. That being said, all the staff members of the hotel were helpful and competent.

The house is old and shabby, very scary, poor sound insulation, feels like a black shop, woke up in the middle of the night by the noise outside, dare not go out to see what's going on, the bedding is very worn out, the only thing is that the shower room is clean, the breakfast is very simple, nothing delicious

It looks like a bridal chamber in a movie. I was scared to death when I entered it. The 18 square meter room looks like a bird's nest. The double bed is collapsed in the middle. Their shooting technique is really bad. It makes the room look very big. The quilt is just a blanket on the bed sheet. The blanket is pilling and not very clean. It feels like it has been used for decades. I never review hotels, but this one is a big mistake. Anyone who stays here will be a big mistake. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. I am vomiting.

The front desk smells of sewage. But I guess it's normal considering the location and the buildings are all old.
Some rooms have stairs even if you take the elevator up, so it was difficult if you had large luggage. Even though we were young, it was difficult.
