The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A smiling young woman at the reception desk who spoke French, as well as another person. A much-appreciated gift for Easter Day was the famous Paschal Dove, a traditional Italian cake. The room was very clean and comfortable, although the temperature was a bit high. Thank you for all these lovely touches. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

🇯🇵 Japanese I'm Japanese and stayed at this hotel on my first trip to Venice. It's an ideal location for sightseeing, with a 3-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and a 5-minute walk to St. Mark's Square. The hotel faces a bright, lively street, so I could walk there safely even when going out at night. The lack of an elevator is a bit inconvenient, but the staff's service was so wonderful that it more than made up for it. All the staff welcomed me warmly with a smile, and I felt at ease every time I returned to the hotel. I had requested and booked a room along the canal in advance, but when I checked in, the male staff at the front desk asked me, "Which do you prefer, the 2nd or 4th floor?" In addition, I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of accompanying me, saying, "If you're having trouble deciding, you can see both rooms and then decide. Let's go together." The view from the room was also beautiful, making my memories in Venice even more special. If I have the opportunity to visit Venice again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
