很漂亮的酒店。服務人員親切有禮，一到埗很快就辦理好入住手續，並帶客人參觀房間。酒店裝潢古典奢華，很合適拍照。

這是一家有着深厚藝術底藴的酒店，酒店門頭不太大，進去之後處處都是驚喜，特別適合拍照打卡，服務也很好，冬天來的，房間很暖，陽台上看整個瀉湖景觀，位置超級棒。可以加床，入住時已經是22:00，報着方便試試看的心態，來到酒店的餐廳，沒想到最驚艷的是樓上的餐廳，這是歐洲行吃的最正式的意大利餐廳，吃一道菜上一套餐具，太講究了。竟然吃到了很棒的鵝肝，甜品的精美和層次豐富的味道，真是太好了。第二天早上的自助早餐，更加出乎意料，景觀一流不説，早餐的豐富和美味，也是一流的，位置離歎息橋特別近，聖馬可廣場太美了，附近店鋪的商品也特別好，80 歐坐了貢多拉，很值！從酒店去機場坐水上的士，130歐從酒店大堂側門直接就上船，很方便。來酒店時，不懂，坐了水上巴士，每人15歐，巴士見站就停，船上坐滿了人，一個小時才到聖馬可廣場站，下了船，拖着行李箱走了300米左右過了歎息橋，就到了酒店。不是很方便，如果從機場花130歐坐水上的士，20分鐘就可以直接到酒店大堂側門。

Everything about the Danieli sparkled, starting with the caring and competent staff. They anticipated and surprised at every turn! We were upgraded on arrival (thank you) and enjoyed a relaxing and wonderful four days. The location could not be better which was really helpful as it was pouring rain on our arrival. Truly excellent. Already planning our return trip.

We loved every moment of our stay , all the staff were attentive and always on hand with good advice and information. Nothing was too much and we couldn’t have asked for better service…
The property is stunning and didn’t disappoint on any point.
Certainly a five star rating. If there is one little thing, I myself would like to have possibility of making a cup of coffee in the room .
