Bridge the Gap

Upon check-in I was told I had a room in the “annex.” It turns out it was just an entrance on the side of the building - no big deal! The room was immaculately clean and perfectly fine for what I needed. The gentleman who checked me in took me to the room, explained about the plethora of keys needed to enter the different doors, and showed me how to use the air con.
The room has few amenities and was small, but slightly better than I expected, to be honest. There were slippers and a nice shower.
The location was great - very short walk everywhere. I actually tried to extend my stay but the hotel was sold out for the next 2 days. I would definitely stay again.

The Hotel is located a few steps from Piazza San Marco, excellent quality/price ratio, professionalism and complete availability from the reception staff.

Stayed at Hotel San Gialo in Venice for three days in early November. As many tourists left comments praising the hotel, it is clean, tidy, antique, and has free self-brewed coffee.
