酒店地理位置非常好，就在奢侈品一條街上面，歩行去溜達也很方便，而且服務非常到位，管家帶你上樓專人幫你拿箱子，房間也足夠大，睡得很舒服。酒店本身就是一個豪宅改造的，走樓梯的話可以拍拍照，到頂樓還能吹吹亞得里亞海風，看看威尼斯的日落。到達的話確實不能聽Google的，不要提前下船，坐水上巴士到G什麼站（翻翻前面的評論）才下，出來很快就到酒店了。

The hotel is located right smack where the big branded boutiques are located, and 10 mins walk to doge palace and st peter Basilica. However the hotel is very far in. U got to wheel your luggage in, which may damage the wheels. Hence pls bagpack 😅
The hotel look Like a mini museum if only u take the stairs from level 3 and walk down. Very instaworthy. The staff is also very friendly and speak good English.
We got lucky and had a room with the balcony despite the room size is tight but it was manageable. I love the balcony view facing all the houses and church. It has the rustic charms to it.

Best hotel in Venice is truly underrated for its service. The hotel is really old but it brings the actual vibes to be part of history.
They helped with almost every questions asked.
Just make sure you get your route right before heading there as Venice is a maze!
The location is just right at the corner off all the branded stores. 5 mins walk and you get all the branded stores.
Never once I stayed 5 mins from a LV store with such prices.
Venice is very safe !

Disappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.
