入住四星級飯店時，詢問WC使用，櫃檯人員叫我去外面轉角的，為了運河景觀，只是訂到的是副樓，雖然房間裝潢還是在水準中，但樓層是在0樓，窗外是有欄杆擋住與船高是差不多同層，電視接收訊號機器一直接觸不良，請飯店人員處理了三次，半夜又秀逗也懶得再叫處理了，網路密碼跟她詢問後才給，過後出現馬桶沖水問題，按鍵卡住，一直水流，雖然飯店人員有前來修理完好，但接連發生的問題，跟欄杆外的運河景，已經讓入住心情大受影響

價格合理！但房間的層高太低了 非常壓抑的居住空間，不過房頂是鏡面材質，使得原本該有的壓抑情緒突然瓦解冰消！前台的服務非常周到有禮貌！綜合評定不推薦。

Sono andato a Venezia per la Biennale. L'hotel Liassidi Palace è stato comodissimo, Ottima camera, silenziosissima , pulitissima. Servizio e colazione eccellente. Ritornerò di sicuro in questo bellissimo hotel 4 stelle.

Hotel posizionato in un ottima zona centrale,i servizi e l'accoglienza è stata ottima, colazione molto assortita, l'unica "pecca" che mi sento di criticare è il posizionamento della sala per le colazioni in quanto affaccia sul canale vicino alla struttura e di conseguenza c'era la presenza di uno spiacevole odore di fogna. Per il resto tutto perfetto
