The Astor Junior Suite I booked for over 10,000 yuan a night turned out to be like this. It was next to the elevator, the window faced the roof, and the door faced the air conditioner and utility room in the corridor. It did not meet the suite standard at all. It was probably the worst room in the hotel. I asked the hotel front desk to change the room. On the first day, they said there were no rooms to change. I checked online and there were still many rooms. They said they would change it the next day. On the second day, they said they would have to pay 2,000 euros more. It didn't cost 2,000 euros to book a new room. It was a very bad experience.

The restaurant is extremely unpalatable! It's mainly for the view. The food is extremely unpalatable!
The hotel service is basically OK, but not particularly satisfactory. I don't feel that they are treating customers with sincerity.

The room is spacious and the hotel is in a very good location, close to the commercial street. The restaurant and bar on the first floor of the hotel are worth a visit. The dinner menu is even better and the view is beautiful.
