So sweet hotel，this hotel kindly provide hot water kettle and tea bag however these in not support in other hotel. The heat tube alway heating and easy to drying clothes in bath room. hair blower isnot fix on wall that can use in any place. The breakfet is good that have many foods to choose . But only shortcoming, the elevator is to small and not smart.

WORST Hilton experience in decades. The corner Junior Suite room was terribly hot. I complained three times and they said they were aware of the problem. They didn't send maintenance to even attempt fixing. The HVAC was inadequate for the large size of room. It was not extremely hot outside. Afterwards, I complained and asked for a refund. They (Chianti, the sales manager) told me my email didn't warrant a response, denied the refund, and said that the 80-degree room was acceptable. I've never been treated so terribly, and Hilton corporate was of little help. There is no reason to be loyal to Hilton as I have for decades given they don't care what their international partners do or say. Location was questionable with protests in the streets.
