The room itself is just as in the pictures, and we got the one with a small balcony with a view, the problem was the noise/thin walls as we can hear the voices or normal conversations of the guests in the other room. We picked this hotel because it was really close, just 5 mins from the station, so that was very good.
The service in the front desk wasn’t great though, the attitude of the staff weren’t very friendly (actually answers in condescending tone). We loved our stay in Venice aside from this hotel experience.

Very small room, pro is the convenient location. We were given a room on the ground floor, walls are quite thin and so we can hear the kitchen which is just next to our room. Floor feel a bit sticky too. David fr the front desk was very good and friendly. Not much breakfast selection

Absolutely fabtastic staff, very friendly and conversant. Location is good for a little repreve from the craziness of the other side of the canal, and cheap spritz sitting on the steps facing the train station on the other side if the water was a oerfect end to an evening.

Location was convenient - near the train station. Responsive prior to check-in - answered all our questions. Breakfast buffet for 10 euros was quite worth. Room was nice and clean.

Good location, close to bus terminal. Quaint hotel but don't expect fanciful facilities and supplies. Overall good for solo travellers.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street. The furnishings are a little old-fashioned. But everything is clean! Overall, it makes a decent impression. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet is extensive:
Scrambled eggs with ham, croissants, fruit, vegetables, juices and coffee. My room on the third floor was a little noisy.
