The nearness of the Puy Park will certainly explain the quite high price of this ”hotel” service, very rudimentary room, very small shower (70cm shower bath), WC not separate from the water room, room not isolated because communicating with The room with two rooms, basic breakfast, the price of €100 per room and included breakfast is not justified. It is always the problem of supply and demand, you see the prices shown in the rooms, the significant difference applied during the weekends of the cinema. The pleasant side of the residence is that the rooms are in bungalows, but would still need a renovation.

Parking for 5 euros, very practical. The welcome at reception was very friendly, with a smile. Same for breakfast the next morning. The common areas are clean. The apar**ents are very good. comfortable and pleasant. Bathroom very good too, spacious. Well equipped kitchen area. Nothing to say. The only downside is the size of the TV. It would be worth putting larger screens hung on the wall for example....

A very nice hotel, with a very neat decoration and a priori quite recent. Free parking is always a real plus compared to other hotels that do not have it. The breakfast buffet is well stocked. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. Finally, the room: There is air conditioning and TV, of course, and excellent bedding as well as very appreciable memory foam pillows! Look out for the small tray with a kettle and something to make yourself a tea or coffee. I only saw it when I was leaving since it was in a little corner, but the simple fact of being able to make a tea or a coffee in front of the TV is a very good idea. A beautiful bathroom, a bit small at the sink for me because of the hair dryer, and yet I am far from the build of an athlete. The bedroom is indeed small but very well laid out and contains plenty of storage space, which is not always the case. The only really negative point for me, and based on all my travel experiences, was the very poor sound insulation, probably related to the period of construction of the hotel. You can hear the noises from the hallway quite well, and in my experience, you can even participate in the telephone conversation from the next room at 11:00 p.m.... I told myself that I must have come across a indelicate who had forgotten that he was in a hotel, but in the morning I was woken up by his vibrator (I do say the vibrator) which was to be placed on the bedside table glued to the wall. In short, a very good hotel, the quality of the night of which depends on your roommate. This is what for me, always according to my various experiences, somewhat degrades the quality / price ratio and therefore explains my rating of 3 which I would have easily put at 4 without this soundproofing problem and based on the price of the room.

Good morning after a devastating peripétées on Sunday 8 January 2023. While I come from Paris ,5 hours of road tired in the full night ...je I am hosted in this region of France it seems people are welcome and not at all!!! I was welcomed worse than a dog !! whether it is by the hospital staff( yes my beautiful daughter will make me ❤️ n grand father) the different hotels , some shoppers ... Paris has nothing to envy to this region of France . We arrived at 6 in the morning, I knew the room was not przte at the time, but the young man of her reception ( I use to say he has age tre syma) agreed to take our paum for the room and overtput nmus said pui The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
