The hotel, stay, was good for 1 night and business trip. Longer stay? Depending on purpose! Small city. Reception and breakfast was nice and good. Location of the hotel; +/-, yes walking distance from restaurants. Beds; good Bathroom and facilities; good Personal attention and Reception: fair to good. Swiming pool, very small, +/-

We arrived at 9am, the door was closed and there was no one to help us, 6 people with no option to sleep. The service we received when we called was shameful, they were fully booked and they didn't even take our reservation into account. I find it outrageous that they act like this, without any explanation and also with bad manners in the conversation. It's shameful, I don't recommend it to anyone and that's even though we didn't have the option of speaking to the manager in person, the lady is ashamed, we had to sleep in the car that day, we couldn't find accommodation at that time. I hope they reconsider so that it doesn't happen again, they don't have the slightest respect for people.

Ottimo indirizzo per chi viaggia per lavoro e nn ha pretese di stellati. Camere ampie e curate, pulite. Posizione ideale per visitare Lisbona e il Convento di Mafra, a 15-20 minuti. Servizio, parcheggio interno gratuito e colazione completa per offerta e qualità.

Ficamos neste alojamento por ser perto do evento matrimonial para o qual estávamos convidados! Estadia excelente! Quarto super limpo, bem decorado e com acolhimento 5 estrelas.
