There is room for improvement in the front desk's service quality, which would greatly enhance the guest experience. On the other hand, the housekeeping team deserves praise for their attention to detail and cleanliness. The food was mediocre, but overall, my stay was decent.

Location is very comfortable as it is 1km from cmc. Food is simple and tasty. Staffs are very polite and helpful

A great place to stay. They offer excellent room service with excellent food. The rooms are spacious and clean, stayed here with family for couple of days and then extended the stay for work, once i had to leave early morning for work and so skipped the breakfast but the staff is so caring that they offered complimentary dinner to us, miss aleena and mr pappu are very kind, caring and supportive. I had to stay here for long due to business so they provided me a night stay complimentary. Thank you aleena and pappu for being so kind, best wishes to the entire team.

We stayed in hotel royal grandee between 22 and 24/07/2024 and then again between 26 & 30/07/2024. We are highly satisfied. The hotel staff is helpful, polite. Special mention has to be done for mr. Venkatesan g, the general manager of the hotel. He is always there to help guests. The buffet breakfast and dinner has very good spread, in line with star hotels. We had stayed in the hotel for quite some time and we had no health issue with the food.

Good property. Delicious food. Very good staff. The only drawback is the location. This property is on highway. Whole night you’ll hear honking. If you can ignore this drawback then this would be an excellent hotel.
