It’s okay, not the best not the worst
It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good.
Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room.

We stayed in this hotel for only one night so it's hard to make any conclusions but we expected clean room, some basic equipment in the kitchen and short distance to Tatranská Lomnica and Starý Smokovec and like I said our expectations were fulfilled. You can hear your neighbors walking along your room more than you wish but it's not that bad.

this place is so beautiful . I loved staying here and my only problem is that I only stayed for 1 night , I wish I had stayed longer it is honestly so great the room was super super clean and amenities are really good .massive size rooms and bathroom was the best I've come across in a long time . loads of parking and a lovely bar /restaurant is there swell it looked amazing . as we went skiing in the tarts I found it close to the resorts and has great access and security points that make it feel safe . 5/5 *****. I will return .

The hotel room was spacious, clean, with two balconies that had a beautiful view - from one to the High Tatras and from the other to the city. The staff is nice and friendly. The food served was varied and very tasty.

Room, kitchenette and bathroom clean, well equipped and furnished. TV programs only national. No access to Eurosport, Polsat, BBC, CNN or German. Very nice team working in the catering part. Reception staff seemed pleased with our lack of internet access. We reported the lack of internet connection to the server. In the current times, the hotel should be excluded from serving foreigners.

It is a beautiful resort with very spacious rooms with their own kitchenette. The facilities are OK, but the cleanliness is not always 100%. Unfortunately, we had a problem at reception last time (we have stayed here several times) and asked to speak to the manager. She said she was off and was not willing to help with the problem. We travel quite often and we have never experienced anything like this before. The lady at reception was totally rude and verbally attacked us. After this experience, I would unfortunately not recommend staying at this resort. There are many other hotels and guesthouses nearby where you can appreciate the guest and where the professionalism of the staff is absolutely top notch.
