Spa Hotel Infinity Park Velingrad

We stayed at the hotel from October 24th to 27th. We had booked the maisonette, which has 3 separate bedrooms and a living room. The maisonette itself is very comfortably made, has everything you need for a pleasant family vacation and is spacious. I will start by saying that the Reception is the place that makes the first impression of the guests, and in this hotel it was not good at all. We were greeted by a man who explained to us with such annoyance what was where that we felt guilty that we were checking in. Extremely impolite, he doesn't even look you in the eye when explaining. This is a huge minus for the standard of a 5 star hotel. The spa is wonderful, there is a wide variety of procedures that can be done. The pools were warm, the infinity pool has a unique view and is extremely pleasant regardless of the temperature outside. As a minus for the pools, I can note that only one lifeguard is responsible for both the infinity pool and the pools located in the Spa area, which is a risk in itself. The infinity pool's opening hours from 11am to 5:30pm I don't think are enough. The restaurant is small to feed all the hotel guests. There were 5 of us and the table we were seated at for dinner was for 4 people with just one extra chair, which wasn't at all comfortable for a nice dinner. The waiters were friendly. The food was delicious, it was constantly replenished. As a summary of my experience, I would say that the hotel is very good for a Spa holiday, but the attitude and visible annoyance from guests of the staff is what is disappointing. I would recommend the hotel itself.

We went on a family vacation and everything was great. Clean and good size rooms, nice food and awesome spa. Great place for vacation, it has pools for kids and for mature people so that everyone can take what they need. My wife had birthday at the time we were there, they even gave her a little present nothing special but it was a compliment from the hotel. From personal experience it was relaxing and positive.

Through Infinity I rediscovered the spa vacations! Super comfortable; top location - near the city centre, but near the forest as well; very nice staff, always helpful and kind - in the restaurant, in the spa, on the reception and the ladies, responsible for the rooms! The food is very good and delicious, congrats to the chef! And the variety of spa services is huge! The outdoor pool is perfect and it’s next to a wonderful small forest! In April I was there again but with friends and the experience was great! Probably only a bar is missing. I recommend it!!!
