My wife and I stayed here for a short break. Neither of us smokes—cigarettes or otherwise. Despite this, the receptionist, Geri, accused us of smoking in the room for two days and disturbing other guests. Most of the time, we weren’t even in the room, as we were out hiking or at the spa. I am extremely disappointed by the management’s attitude. The issue was only resolved when the owner stepped in, but I cannot tolerate such treatment. I do not recommend staying here if you’re a non-smoker, as no one will believe you. You risk being accused without proof for others’ actions.

My first time there. The Room was really good. Lots of space, nice placement and design. Spa was ok, maybe a little boring, but sauna area was perfect. The restaurant was also with good menu card and good food. Price was also kind of cheap. Tommy Bredal

We lved it. We got beautiful room with a balcony and everything during our stay was excellent. The only one thing is maybe that kids should allowed to the spa only at certain hours. It could get a bit annoying at times to be honest. It is a spa , not a kinder garden to begin with.

My husband and I visited this hotel for the last time March 2022. In a matter of fact it has been our 5 or 6 visit to this hotel since it has been opened. There is a black mold in indoor swimming pool premises. We asked particularly for a quiet room and we got 601 room at Block A. It was terribly overpriced for the all hustle and bustle noise commin from the kitchen exhaust, clogged shower drainage and leaky toilet cistern. we didn't even have small towels in the bathroom! The food in this hotel is cheap and unhealthy! I wanted an apple for breakfast and on my way out I was stopped from a restaurant waiter, who told me I cannot live the premises with a food. It is my second negative comment for this place. The previous one was from year ago...

It was an amazing time with my sisters in the spa and the amazing moments start with the arrival in the hotel - such a friendly and kind staff all of them. The food- excellent, the rooms so clean and nice smelling:) , the spa - divine, the location - next to the mountains and the lake Kleptuza. Very fast free wifi, free parking, outdoor mineral pool with 40 degrees water.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο για χαλάρωση και ηρεμία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο και ιδιαίτερα ζεστό, το πρωινό πλούσιο και με μεγάλη ποικιλία, και οι χώροι του spa που λειτουργούν από τις 08:00 έως 20:00 είναι αρκετοί ώστε να μην επικρατεί συνωστισμός. Δοκιμάστε την εξωτερική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα, υπέροχη αίσθηση ιδιαίτερα μετά τη δύση του ήλιου. Το μόνο πρόβλημα ότι το ξενοδοχείο είναι στην άκρη της πόλης οπότε απαιτείται αυτοκίνητο για να πάτε στο κέντρο της πόλης ή περπάτημα 30'. Στην εξωτερική πισίνα ενώ υπάρχει εμφανής σήμανση ότι απαγορεύεται το κάπνισμα εντός της πισίνας, υπήρχαν πελάτες που κάπνιζαν χωρίς να γίνει καμία παρατήρηση από το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου (ναυαγοσώστρια ή υπεύθυνος παρακολούθησης καμερών).

Страшно МНОГО волос персонала на кровати,нету шампуня,бассейн маленький.Очень дорого в ресторане отеля. Плохо,мне не нравится:( в комнате пахнет ужасно. Прошу персонала старательно осматривать комнаты,а то вдруг на чей-то кровати как и у меня,будет клок волос.Двери трудно открыть.

Отель нам очень понравился. Единственный минус, про который мы, кстати, знали из-за упоминания во многих отзывах, - это неудобные жёсткие подушки, но по сравнению с остальными достоинствами отеля это мелочь. Расположен отель на окраине Велинграда, на небольшой возвышенности, недалеко от парка Клептуза. Парк не особо понравился из-за заброшенных строений и неухоженного вида, ну разок можно сходить посмотреть карстовый источник. Для любителей прогулок по горным тропам есть маршруты недалеко от отеля. Номер нам очень понравился, большой, удобный, чистый, с красивым видом на горы, с удобной большой кроватью. Полотенца и халаты отличного качества, мягкие, меняют каждый день и никогда не было старых и застиранных, как бывало когда-то в других отелях. СПА тоже произвел очень хорошее впечатление, бассейны чистые, сауны с разными температурами, и сухие, и влажные, и замечательная ледяная комната с температурой минус 10 градусов. И особенно понравился ресторан. Работает целый день, можно пообедать и поужинать в любое удобное время. Выбор блюд очень большой, вкусно готовят и красиво сервируют. Завтраки тоже хорошие, жаль только, что нет творога и каш. Персонал отеля замечательный. Если возникают какие-то проблемы, исправляют все моментально. В общем рекомендуем этот отель всем, для кого не является минусом отдаленное от центра расположение, потому что во всем остальном, на наш взгляд, он просто замечательный.
