Great rooms, incredible buffet, decent spa facilities with mineral water, close to hiking. Excellent bakery and pastry shop. The only thing I didn’t like was the Spetema coffee they served and I wish they change the supplier. Other than that it was great.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet and peaceful place. Kind staff, cleanliness at an extremely high level, delicious and varied food every day. The pools and SPA are excellent. Everything is done with the convenience and comfort of the guests in mind. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with very attentive staff. Very good SPA. All facilities were working. There is a bar and you can have lunch at the outdoor pool. The food in the restaurant was very delicious.

Spotlessly clean hotel with very tasty food. In my opinion the dinner alone is worth the daily rate of the hotel! It has a variety of pools and jacuzzi, both indoors and outdoors. The staff is a credit to the hotel-well mannered and always available to help. I hope that the hotel will keep the high standards and my first choice for a relaxing spa holiday will remain the easiest one to make.

The hotel is nice and new. The food in the restaurant is delicious and diverse, and the pastry shop is very pleasant. The staff is polite and well-mannered. The best thing about this hotel is the pools and the water in them. There are various pools, the water has different temperatures, and they provide an opportunity for complete relaxation. The spa area is nothing special, but the massages they offer are very good. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. A downside is that the area around the hotel is quite overbuilt, but the service within the hotel itself is of good and high quality.

The staff could be more polite. They did not informed us about some services included in our deal. The music in the restaurant is not appropriate. The food quality is not the best. The rooms are big. There is a variety of meals. The hotel is clean.

It was very nice staying. The kid enjoyed everything in the hotel. Kids centre was perfect, the stuff as well, works all day long. The spa centre is perfect, a lot of pools, jacuzzi, outside pool and small one with hot water 39 degrees. Steam bath is one of the best we’ve ever been.
