Я категорически не советую данный хостел. В сентябре запланировали поездку с классом в Великий Новгород. Нам посоветовали хостел Ярослав. Советом мы воспользовались, связались с менеджером Еленой и они забронировали нам второй свой хостел «sleep & go”. Мы получили подтверждение нашей брони, должны были оплатить аванс до 23:59 13.09. Мы купили билеты классу, заказали экскурсии. Вечером связалась с менеджером для оплаты и она вдруг заявляет, что не сможет нас разместить, потому как проживающие продлили срок нахождения в хостеле. Великолепная ситуация- за два дня до поездки группе школьников отказывают в заселении! Это очень несерьезное отношение к делу. Менеджер Елена попросила не переживать и пообещала нас заселить в другое место все равно и пропала. Если не хотите испортить поездку и пощекотать нервы не обращайтесь в данные хостелы, ведь неизвестно в какой раз произойдет такая ситуация.
