Очень красиво оформленный частный отель,расположен рядом с Новгородским кремлем,своя парковка,сервис очень сильно порадовал,а именно удобные матрасы,наивкуснецший разнообразный завтрак,
Теплые полы в душе,оформление стоит отдельно отметить-так все стильно,креативно,видео много отель,но этот запад в душу и если еще раз соберемся,то остановимся только в этом отеле

При выборе отеля сослались на красивую картинку номера, но по итогу нас заселили в совершенно другую и по дизайну, и по конфигурации, и по уровню комнату, администратор Александра ссылалась на то, что у нас бронирование через островок, поэтому номер она нам не поменяет, но предложила нам доплатить ещё 4000₽ за люкс, и тогда проблема с номером будет решена, мы конечно мягко говоря были в шоке от такого и решили не оставаться, написали жалобу в островок и уехали в нормальный отель, поэтому остальные минусы нас обошли стороной, 0 из 5 Если хотите и привыкли отдыхать в приятном и красивом отеле с компетентным персоналом, то вам точно не сюда)

Совершенно прекрасный гостевой дом! Чисто, уютно, вкусно. В доме живут котики, с которыми можно пообщаться и пообниматься. Расположен в двух шагах от центра и всех основных достопримечательностей. Номера светлые, с рабочей сантехникой и новой красивой мебелью. Завтраки не огромные, но все необходимое есть, и даже чуть больше: овощи, сосиски, каша, омлет, творог и т.д. И нам даже был подан бесподобный домашний пирог! Чай бесплатно, кофе из автомата, весьма достойный, за денежку. Есть баня, бассейн. Буду рада вернуться сюда еще раз!

Ужасный отель! Номер мансардный с чудовищным уклоном потолка. Постоянно приходится биться головой об наклонный потолок и в комнате и в санузле. Кондиционер установлен так, что при его работе постоянно находишься под струей воздуха. Подъем на третий этаж по лестницам, не оснащенным перилами. Персонал не приветливый. На столе ресепшн спит кот, летит пух и шерсть. Поменять номер нам отказались, даже за дополнительную плату. Сослались на то что бронирование производилось через Островок, а не напрямую. Оставаться там мы отказались. Никто даже не извинился. Испорченное настроение. Желаю хозяину и его персоналу самим пожить в этом номере, чтобы ощутить все прелести номера

Отличный тематический отель. Название соответствует: все в котиках и три живых кота) Были семьей, останавливаясь проездом. Прекрасный отель с уютными просторными номерами, удобными спальными местами. Есть спа: баня, сауна, массаж. Площадка для барбекю. На завтрак - шведский стол. Очень приветливый персонал. Остались очень довольны отдыхом в этом отеле)

Самый прекрасный гостевой дом! Теперь только туда!все просто супер: расположение, персонал, номера, завтрак! Котики на рецепшн просто замечательные! До Кремля пешком минут 10. Есть баня, сауна . По прибытии угощают хреновухой! В общем рекомендую!

Очень уютное место, замечательные коты на ресепшене. Вкусный завтрак, чистые номера, приветливый персонал. Предлагают в случае самостоятельной брони, а не через агрегатор полчаса индивидуального посещения бассейна в подарок. Всем рекомендую

Замечательное и уютное место. Очень стильная концепция. Везде коты в интерьере и живьем. Приехали раньше, большой компанией (11 человек) заселили сразу. Чисто, вкусно готовят. Баня, сауна прекрасны. Недалеко от центра(минут 20 пешком).
