The shower sprinkler doesn't hold well,the location is remote, and there's no shops around.

It could be a little cleaner, I think it's time to replace the old things.

Poor room, poor service, poor place, no supporting facilities

It was ok but the bathroom was bad and the water drain was clogged.

I used it for a business trip. G***t was ideal.

A ridiculous hotel in a godforsaken village with not even proper roads. A place that looks like a 5 star and doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It also has a spa, which is a treat for homes. The pool is cold and small. The corridors in the spa area were cold. I do not recommend massage at all. It felt like we had been beaten. We were not satisfied at all. We wanted to have a coffee in the evening, the restaurant was closed, so we were cold at the door and had to drink the 3 in 1 coffee we bought from the grocery store. We were disgraced with our money. Note for cleaning, there was a stain on my pillow, I do not recommend it

The room is too cold. The small room is heated well, but the large room is not heated well, and I have to ask the counter several times, but it would have been nice to have only one small fan heater...

The bathroom smelled very bad. There was a sewer smell.

I had Queen Room. Wifi was not best, but I did not measure wifi speed. Can be faster for 5 stars hotel. Wifi is free and available in whole hotel. Room was big, with good sofa. Bed was good and comfortable. Fridge in the room was empty and you can order something to the room via application in TV. This was my understanding, but I will try to do it next time. Water available in room, free of charge. On table in room was available tea and coffee too. Breakfast - standard local breakfast. Nobody come to me and give me some menu for ordering, eggs omelet is probably only on order, but nobody inform me in advance or during breakfast. Breakfast was not special, just local type of breakfast, but not for 5 stars hotel. I dont want to say, that this is really 5 stars hotel, but few points can be improve for better final customer satisfaction.
