Really not o good location. The room was smelling like 100 years old. The bed was broken and the bathroom 🤮. My mistake was, that I didn’t check the room when i arrived ( I went straight in the city ) and came back in the evening. For 5 time in the middle of the night, I was forced to open the window because of the smell

Hotel in the old part of Veliko Tarnovo. It says that it is a 4-star hotel, but I have to admit that I am disappointed because it is more for a 3-star hotel. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool, but neither was open. I understand about the outdoor pool because it is cold, but the indoor one could have been at the guests' service.

I will let the pictures talk so you can see for youreself! But the way the staf handeled the situation is even worst! The man from the reception laft when we showed him the photos of the room and until we said that we will handle it in a different way (meanning I will cal customer protection or however it is called in Bulgaria) he immediately offert to give us the money back so we can checkout! We shoude have stayed just for one night and ended up leaving almost immediately! A horroble experience is an understatement!

Relatively small and quiet Hôtel-spa close to the centre of the city. Very kind staff ready to provide services from early Coffee to printing tickets and documents. Good breakfast. Nicely clean and comfortable.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación para 3 era cómoda, pero no teníamos cafetera, ni pava eléctrica en la habitación., y estaba en el subsuelo del edificio sin vista a la calle. Sólo tienen 1 ascensor! Es desayuno era escaso, muy simple, no reponían, muy mal organizado. En el baño sólo jabón líquido y shampoo. Bañera muy incómoda para entrar/salir

PRO: Piscina sul tetto (molto apprezzata dal bimbo) Parcheggio interno (non è facile parcheggiare in centro città) Posizione (a pochi metri da Via Gurko, una delle strade più belle della città vecchia) Buona colazione CONTRO: Purtroppo la piscina chiude alle 18.00!

Las habitaciones sucias y con una moqueta que tuvo mejor vida. El personal nada agradable, parecía que no estaban nada a gusto. La ubicación es excelente, te permite caminar todo lo que hay de interés en la ciudad. Sí es cierto que tienen parking privado y eso, en esa ciudad, es muy importante. El Spa no funcionada, dicen que por covid cuando no hay una sola medida en todo el país. En fin, que debe ser que tuvo su momento de gloria pero le hace falta una reforma completa.
