Telefonisch reserviert; uns wurde mitgeteilt es wäre ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer, nur der Fernseher würde noch fehlen. leider waren wir darauf angewiesen in Ramsdorf zu übernachten und bestätigten die Reservierung. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, das wir ja wohl schon angereist wären und das Zimmer wie alle enderen belegt sei. Als Notunterkunft mussten wir mit einem Einzelzimmer vorlieb nehmen in das ein Beistellbett gestellt wurde, wodurch in dem Raum noch 2 Quadratmeter zum Stehen übrig waren. Geschrei und laute Musik bis 2 Uhr nachts, Sauberkeit Minus, Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig etc.

Das Hotel ist in den 70er Jahren stehen geblieben. Neue Wandtatoos in den Zimmern sind keine Renovierung. Die Dusche ist unbrauchbar, da die Temperatur um 10 Grad schwankt. Im Hintereingang ist alles sehr dreckig. Es liegen offene Kabel aus der Wand, das Treppengeländer Klebt bei Kontakt. Der Küchenlüfter läuft permanent und sieht aus, wie eine Fritöse. WLAN wurde erst nach Fragen am nächsten Tag auf einem handgeschriebenen Zettel übergeben. Das Frühstück war übersichtlich, keine Croissants, keine Früchte, Wasser erst auf Anfrage, dann aus Plastikflaschen.
