Sehr freundliche Bedienung und Zimmerservice. Essen morgens und abends sehr lecker und ausreichend große Portionen (4-Gang-Menü)
Wenn was fehlt, wird sofort nachgelegt und auch alle anderen Wünsche werden berücksichtigt. Wasserkocher wurde auf dem
Zimmer zum Wärmen von Baby-Nahrung, Teezubereitung, etc. bereit gestellt. Technisch sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel in allen Bereichen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben mit Freunden viel Spaß in dem nagelneuen Hotel gehabt :-)))

Location is fantastic — cozy and silent, yet with 5 minutes by walk, you are in the centre of Velden. Excellent breakfast, rooms are spacious and new. Staff is incredibly kind and communicative. There's a pretty decent parking space in front of the villa too.

Parto dalle cose positive. Struttura in posizione tranquilla, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Completamente ristrutturato, ampio tv in camera, piscina a disposizione, comodo materasso. Personale gentile. Valutazione non sufficiente, invece, tenuto conto della categoria, per colazione e cena. Per la seconda, soprattutto, menù solo in tedesco e possibilità di scelta solo per il secondo piatto. Tv in camera senza canali in italiano. La mia valutazione non pienamente sufficiente, e', ovviamente, in rapporto al prezzo della camera.

Neu renoviert, Ein echte Empfehlung- Wir reisen viel, aber die Villa Flora war seit langen das Beste. Moderne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen. Besser als 4-Stern Hotel, würde sagen 5-Sterne Charakter. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage. Die Dame vom Service extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Ging auf alle Sonderwünsche wegen Krankheit/Unverträglichkeiten ein, auch die Küche zeigte sich diesbezüglich flexibel. Essen sehr gut, Auswahlmöglichkeiten prima! Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Top Preis Leistung mit Skipass inklusive! Zur Gerlitzen max. 20 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
