Wonderful service from Claudia. Set a happy and cheerful tone for a short stay. Facilities are amazing, views superb and very close to the town for food etc.

Hotel was accommodating to my needs. They didn’t provide me with the accessible room on the first night but they tried their beat to provide me with a room that is more accessible the next morning. Was also given priority parking. Thank you for being accommodating to my needs.

What a super holiday we had. Super friendly staff and the place is stunning. We where super lucky with the weather at this time of the year. We for sure will come back next year again. The few at the like is awesome and we wont forget it fast.

Very nice place, to do whatever you want, from relax to exstreme sports. A plenty of choices. The stuff is extremely nice and helpful. The appatrments are good looking and clean. You will not be disappointed.

Directly at the Woerthersee lake. It offers clean rooms with modern furniture, breakfast, private beach, parking, fitness studio, free WiFI, pleasant staff ready to help, ... It has an excellent location for visiting the town of Velden and the lake area. A good starting point for cycling, swimming and walking. There are many shops, restaurants and a ****** near the hotel. We recommend booking directly through the hotel's website!!!

By far best place to stay in Velden. Never will stay anywhere lese when I am in area. Sometimes hard to get a room because it filles up fast. So if you get a chance to grab a room take it, it might be gone the next time you check.

SEHR NETT UND ZUVORKOMMEND, SAUBER UND TOLLE ZIMMER....WAS WILL MAN MEHR Sehr schöne Gegend, der See ist traumhaft...richtig zu entspannen. Abend gibt es einige Lokale welche für Abwechslung sorgen. Ein schöner Urlaub!

We had a great family stay. It was my birthday and we found a bottle of Sekt and a small gift on table in our room. Hotel staffs are very friendly and we had chocolate snacks for children and drinks for me and my husband.Our room was clean and had great comfort. There was an equipped kitchen. We liked the pool, sauna, family boat, and bike touring around the lake. The lake view from the hotel is amazing.

No food, not even cleaned, catastrophe, ants in the room. You have to take the rubbish away yourself, water cold and bad, no choice of food or drink, poor choice of leisure activities, drinks machine didn't work and swallowed money

Als immer wiederkehrendes Gästepaar möchten wir besonders den sehr zuvorkommenden, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Umgang mit uns durch das Personal hervorheben. Bestnote vergeben wir auch für Sauberkeit und Pflege des Areals. Neben des Komforts durch Liegen und Schirme, Paddelboote und stand up boards ist natürlich das zum Schwimmen herrliche Wasser des Sees zu nennen. Zu empfehlen sind auch Radtouren, etwa um den Wörthersee herum oder Wanderungen, z.B. zum Forstsee hinauf.

Wir waren das erste Mal da und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Es ist alles sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind extrem nett und zuvorkommend, es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Lage am See mit eigenem Seezugang ist phantastisch. Unser Appartement war zwar etwas klein (wir haben relativ kurzfristig gebucht), aber es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch um Kleinigkeiten zu kochen ! Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

Stammgäste seit ca. 10 Jahren, macht Jahr für Jahr einfach Spass dort zu sein. Diese Herzlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter ist unschlagbar und macht das Hotel zu dem was es ist; ein herzenswarmer Ort mit tollem Angebot und super Seelage. Die laufenden Renovierungen / Verbesserungen werden geschätzt. Wir freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Besuch bei euch! Liebe Grüsse Patrick & Agi aus der Schweiz

Alles perfekt, superfreundliche Gastgeber, tolle Location mit direktem Seezugang, sehr gutes Frühstück zum fairen Preis. Alle sehr hilfsbereit, unser Appt hatte sehr schönen Ausblick auf den See. Nichts zu beanstanden! Wir kommen wieder!
