We felt incredibly comfortable and our dogs were also very kind and were even welcomed into the room with toys and treats. The room and the hotel is very clean. The location is great and suitable for walking. There are a lot of restaurants, cafés and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. However, the hotel itself has excellent cuisine and a spectacular breakfast that you shouldn't miss. We would definitely book here again.

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel da die Lage wirklich super ist wenn man Verden erkundenden oder ins ****** gehen möchte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal ein Zimmer im vorderen Bereich und hörten daher die Musik von der Hotelbar bis ins Zimmer. Das Ambiente im Lokal ist wirklich sehr modern und stylisch und wir hatten am Abend einige leckere Getränke. Das Frühstück bietet wirklich eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Man kann Orangensaft selber frisch pressen und es gibt jede Menge Cerealien und frisches Obst. Leckere Aufstriche, Wurst und vieles mehr .... An einigen Stellen könnte man im Zimmer ein paar Kleinigkeiten renovieren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder,

Leider konnte die Reise Gesundheitsbedingt nicht angetreten werden und trotz vorheriger mehrtägiger Kontaktaufnahme direkt mit der Rezeption wurde kein kulanter Lösungsvorschlag gemacht. (weder Storno-Möglichkeit noch Gutschein, etc.) Vielen Dank für nichts und das war’s für die Zukunft.

It is a quite rundown hotel. We had, I think, the smallest room, and it was really small, not even a wardrobe for our clothes. The floor lamp did not work, it was not fixed during our stay. The upholstery of the furniture in the restaurant was also old. The location is unbeatable and I really enjoyed the breakfast, but next time I will choose another hotel.
