We've stayed at this hotel several times because the location is fantastic if you want to explore Verden or go to the ******. The staff is very friendly, and we felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, this time we had a room at the front, so we could hear the music from the hotel bar all the way into our room. The atmosphere in the restaurant is really modern and stylish, and we had some delicious drinks in the evening. Breakfast offers a really large selection of food and drinks. You can make your own fresh orange juice, and there's plenty of cereal and fresh fruit. Delicious spreads, sausages, and much more.... In some places in the room, they could do with a few minor renovations. We'll definitely be back.

Leider konnte die Reise Gesundheitsbedingt nicht angetreten werden und trotz vorheriger mehrtägiger Kontaktaufnahme direkt mit der Rezeption wurde kein kulanter Lösungsvorschlag gemacht. (weder Storno-Möglichkeit noch Gutschein, etc.) Vielen Dank für nichts und das war’s für die Zukunft.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location near the main promenade. This is unfortunately connected to the biggest disadvantage, which is lack of free parking places (it's a problem of this area in general, not only this particular hotel). As for food, we were surprised by the fact that vegetables (cucumbers, peppers) hadn't been sliced so we had to slice them ourselves. Moreover, be aware of the fact that you have to ask staff to make and bring an omelette for you. The biggest advantage was a possibility to make ourselves freshly squeezed juice (orange/carrot/beet). We particularly didn't like the metal cups for tea and coffee - china/porcelain cups would be a much better option.

It is a quite rundown hotel. We had, I think, the smallest room, and it was really small, not even a wardrobe for our clothes. The floor lamp did not work, it was not fixed during our stay. The upholstery of the furniture in the restaurant was also old. The location is unbeatable and I really enjoyed the breakfast, but next time I will choose another hotel.
