The hotel boasts about free Wifi, super meals. None of that is a realty. No communication facility. They disable the wifi facility within half an hour. Only lobby area is given with this limited facility for over 150 guests. All have to be at the lobby to access the facility, but seating is available only for 5 to 6 individuals. Receptionists are not at all helpful or friendly. Meals are horrible. They don't prepare adequately. No quality, quantity or variety, If you are lucky you will get enough or all what is being prepared. You have to be satisfied with what is remaining. No variety or taste at all. Rooms are big, clean. Provided with clean linen. No drinking water, tea making facility, toiletries are being provided to the room. No bed tea. There are no nearby eateries either. Very poor service not recommended at all. Date of experience: December 2023
