We had a wonderful stay here at this wonderful Spa Hotel. Thanks to Andera and her team including Olga, Nelly, Andrea Montse and Miguel. We are already planning the next trip where this will be on our agenda. Stunning views, peaceful and a lovely pool to boot. Highly recommend!

We loved this hotel. We chose it near Toledo by chance and it was an unexpected surprise. Quiet, clean and very pleasant, spacious rooms, large and comfortable beds. The breakfast was quiet, there was basic and at the same time very complete, delicious breads. The staff were lovely, greetings to Pablo Serrano The area is very rural, perhaps the arrival is a bit tedious but it is worth it.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend, from Saturday to Monday. The hotel in general is very good. The people at reception are super professional and very friendly and attentive to details. The manager is also very friendly. The room is very spacious and complete. The bathroom is not the same, it is quite small and narrow, 2 people cannot fit in it. The breakfast is very good, not with thousands of options, but enough for a 4**** hotel, that is on Sunday, because the breakfast on Monday was quite reduced (something in line with the occupancy). The spa is very complete, really. It is a shame that the Finnish sauna and the Turkish bath did not work, but everything else worked perfectly. The restaurant... here comes the problem with the hotel. Despite the bad reviews we read before going, we wanted to eat there one day to check the quality of the food, and see if the complaints were true. I am sorry to say that they are. Little variety, slow service, with people who do not have experience for what a 4* hotel requires. We ordered the oxtail, which was dry, without sauce, and did not match the description of the dish. The same for the sea bass. When we pointed out to the waitress that the dish was not as described, she indicated that the kitchen informed her that the dishes came out like that. Without further explanation. It is a shame that the restaurant does not work properly, because if it did, it would always be full, both for lunch and dinner, since there is absolutely nothing within a 15km radius; with guests always happy and willing to consume 100% in the restaurant. With the way things are working right now, and the menu they have, quality/price, it is worth taking the car and having lunch/dinner in Toledo or in the shopping centre.

Un hotel estupendo. Nos ha encantado. El sitio es precioso, tanto el edificio como el entorno que lo rodea. Las habitaciones son de ensueño, limpias, ordenadas y con todo lo necesario. La cama muy cómoda y el baño genial. El trato del personal muy amable y educado.Gracias a Pablo por hacernos reír. Intentaremos volver por qué casi no hemos podido disfrutar de todas las opciones del hotel, solo dormir y desayunar. El buffet de desayuno rico y completo.

Algunas opiniones me hicieron venir con reticencias, que se disiparon en cuanto llegué al maravilloso pasaisaje donde está enclavado Villa Nazules. La buena impresión continuó al entrar por la puerta. Todo impecable y la atención del recepcionista muy acogedora. La habitación me pareció perfecta, con un bonito balcón que da a los olivares. Botellitas de agua, infusiones y hervidor de cortesía. El desayuno buffet completo y bueno. Felicitaciones al personal que fue muy agradable en todo momento. Desde luego, lo recomiendo y si volveré a este hotel cuando recale por la zona.
