We stayed at this property for a week over New Year's Eve. I know Gran Canaria well so I was aware of the area it is in which is a local residential area away from the tourist areas but very quiet. The structure offers mini-apartments with hotel services (daily cleaning) and private garage at a negligible cost. The rooms are clean, modern and perfectly functional for living. they also have a beautiful solarium on the roof and a gym that can be used H24. Definitely to be recommended.
