Not conforming to a 3 star. House to renovate bathtub not very accessible. Noisy when it's windy. Well located quiet area

Pleasant palatial stay. Comfortable accommodation, tastefully decorated. Decent household equipment. To report the bulb change of the hood.

This rental which could be excellent is not maintained. Broken crockery is not replaced or even removed from the rental. The coffee maker does not work. stained doors are not cleaned. The paint is peeling in the toilets... etc etc...

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortably furnished and spacious enough for 4 people. It would be nice if there were a few good sun chairs available.
