I really likes this hotel

Horrible customer service

The hotel room is large and the staff is attentive, but the room attendant is negligent and takes away the towels without giving new ones! The facilities have been renovated and there is a self-service snack bar in the lobby! There is a large shopping mall opposite!

There is no advantage except that it is close to the shopping center. The facilities are simple and the sound insulation is very poor, which is the level of a budget hotel. I recommend the hotel next door or the hotel near the Vaughan subway station.
