Great stay for holiday. The big shopping mall Vaughan Mills is walking distance. Canada Wonderland is nearby as well. Nice breakfast buffet.Will recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and modern, most likely due to the recent remodeling. As someone who has traveled to many counties of the world, this hotel has a good interior design. However, customer service and amenities needs improvement. Tipping culture is a big factor in Canada and the U.S., which I am well aware of, but to tip for a breakfast that is suppose to be included in the hotel payment doesn’t make much sense. To test out how well services will be provided, I purposely did not tip a few times and to my disappointment, customer service was not up to par with the hotel’s reputation. Tipping originated as a way to show gratitude to employees with outstanding customer service. Over time, that has changed and it is understandable. However, even if there is no tip given, basic customer service should be provided.

The location of the hotel is very good. The room is clean and well-equipped. I will choose this place again next time I go on a business trip. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is the same... The room type I stayed in included breakfast, but the tip was included separately.

The room was very clean and the waiters were very nice. The breakfast was not rich, but it had everything you need. Opposite is the Vaughan Mills shopping mall, with many brands to buy!
