We reserved to have two queen size beds for myself and my family to sleep in there and instead once we got there we got one queen bed with a pull out sofa bed. Which was extremely uncomfortable for my kids and my wife to sleep on. So gave us free breakfast because of this mix-up. Due to the fact of my wife having food restrictions at my daughter having dairy allergies we were not able to eat at the restaurant. I would never stay at this hotel again due to us reserving this hotel room on trip.com and the hotel was not willing to help us out.

Great hotel for a long or short term stay.The restaurant is reasonably priced and happy hour is a plus.The Rooms are cleaned promptly.

Staff was very friendly. They responded promptly when we needed service. The fitness room couldve been bigger. Also, there was only one elevator working so it was a long wait sometimes just trying to get down from the second floor with a stroller.

The room had very little air flow, could hear the TV from the people above, the mattress was terrible, the bathroom was mediocre at best, breakfast was not good, coffee was okay. Also the slide is out of order

The receptionist and all staff encountered were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was a nice size, very clean, and contained everything we needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we had a very good rest. We also had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Prices on the menu were reasonable. Great service! Very conveniently located minutes from the Metropolitan Center subway station. Free guest parking was also a nice bonus.
All in all, we plan on visiting the Hilton Garden Inn for all our future overnight trips to the Vaughan area. Thank you!

Hot tub was very cold. We were forced to drive to another hotel to use theirs.
Air Condition leaked over our luggage
Fridge temperature was not adjustable and froze all of our items.
