"這個是我們整個法國行程中最大的驚喜，是個民宿，老闆是一對夫婦，對於住慣了星級酒店一開始還有點小失望，但早餐着實驚艷了一把，南法的早晨20幾度，一家人坐在中世紀的小鎮滿是鮮花的庭院裏享受一頓豐盛的法式早餐，這個體驗感可以拉爆。友情提醒，酒店是在一棟中世紀的房子裏，重新做了裝修，很有品味和檔次，但樓梯比較陡，拿行李衹能自己是個挑戰，還有停車要上陡坡，得技術過硬。"

"Mazan is not very famous in southern France. It is one of many small towns. But it's right on the way to Sault. That is to say, on the way to the lavender tour. The hotel was formerly the private residence of a local lord and was later transformed into a hotel. The public areas of the hotel are decorated with French neoclassical elegance and romance, but the interiors of the rooms are relatively simple. The classic rooms do not even have a decent table, and the bathroom only has a separate tub in the middle of the room. , relatively inconvenient.
We booked a classic room. Maybe because we were Asians, we arranged it in the north-facing location closest to the storage room. We wanted to change it but failed. They said that the room I booked only had this orientation. The question is, are there only one or two classic rooms? ? Unless you add another 79 euros, you can change to another room. Later I found out that I was still on the same floor after paying extra. Changing the direction in such a remote place would cost so much that we rationally gave up.
However, I have to say that the lobby manager of the hotel is very dedicated. We needed to print our boarding passes when we left the hotel. It happened to be a very busy check-out time. He really tried his best to help us, which reflected the gentleness of a French gentleman and the hotel. Professionalism of managers."

ZZhengxinxinThis is a shocking villa hotel very close to the stone city. The villa has two oversized cedars. The couple runs it. The people are very good. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The room is also 360-degree view. Even the toilet has a view. I am the least fond of writing reviews because I am not a blogger. Xiaohongshu also writes a lot. Very good to provide reference. This is my favorite one since my trip. The unique geographical environment and design style are simply magical. So unreal, but it really exists. I have lived in a very luxurious brand hotel. All kinds of boutique design hotels. Nothing that touched me so much.

GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The restaurant was a plus. The room was fine, except the internet had really slow connection. Did not like sharing a room when there was a bathroom with no sink (how do you watch your hands when your roommate is in the shower area?). The shower area had only a curtain - so no sound protection. Could not get the room cold enough even with the lowest setting for temperature and the fan on high. We were both too hot.

NNat 李凤临One tiny elevator, many stairs, and outdated magnetic key cards that too often don’t work, spoiled my first positive impression. One morning I came down to the reception three times and eventually the receptionist went upstairs with me to help. But I almost missed my paid tour.
The front desk and house keeping staff was always smiling, pleasant, and willing to help.
The room was small yet charming, very tidy and clean, with a great view of the central square. Windows with good insulation so the noise from the street was minimal. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but with a tub!
The breakfast hall was gorgeous and the breakfast decent, with mainly French pastry and desserts, besides cheese, ham, pastry (breads and sweets) and some fruit and vegetables.
Besides the renovated facilities and excellent location, there is no pool, sauna, spa, gym or any other amenities that would qualify this as a 4* hotel.
Also, I forgot my iPad in the room safe when I checked out. The hotel contacted me and offered to send it to my new destination. However, they did not actually send it by express mail even though they said that they did. My iPad arrived to Montpellier after I had already left. I waited for it three days ( it’s 1h away) but because they didn’t check the SEND ON SATURDAY option on the mailing form, the device spent the weekend in the post office.
The fee that they asked me to I pay was 37€ because as they said it was sent express mail and with insurance - however when I asked the hotel in Montpellier to send it to Barcelona (another country and 3,5h away) I paid almost the same amount!? Plus the hotel used “peek’in” service so I immediately had insight into the delivery progress online.
The worst thing for me was that they kept on sending emails insisting they were right and tried their best to help, instead of admitting they made a mistake. I appreciate their effort but it’s better to work smart rather than hard. Instead of having to thank someone for trying I need my iPad delivered to me on time. Perhaps there are too many women in the management that are taking things too personally? 🤷🏼♀️

周周The room is very large and very comfortable... also very clean service. Parking is free. Absolutely enough to use the terrace. Very comfortable. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from Avignon. It is convenient for the first time because it is not a self-driving Avignon hotel. The price is more than twice that of this house. The room is not so big.

AAnonymous UserI stayed for two night and it was overall satisfying stay. The room is clean enough and i liked the bedroom and living room was separated. It was spacious enough to open the suitcases on the floor. There was only one set of towel for two people but when I requested housing lady gave me quickly. I also requested late check out and it was 20 euro per hour and only available until 2pm. But when I called the reception the guy told me it is 15 euros. I had to pay with my card not cash because of the wrong information. But it was good stay and I would like to visit again next time.

The reception and lounge areas are nice and well decorated.
Rooms are renovated but not to high standards and bed is very uncomfortable sadly... So rooms does not reflect a 4 star hotel.
However reception area and breakfast are not bad.
A mixed experience but fir the price it was ok if we consider this hotel a 3 star quality hotel.

QQINGYANGIn the suburban motel, the rooms are small but well-equipped, and it is still possible to stand by for a self-driving car. If you bring a child, it is best to book a room because you really can't squeeze three people. The air conditioner did not give force. It had not caught up with the French heat wave, and it was already in the hot room. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. It is convenient to eat and eat, provided that you drive.

Parking in front of each cottage. The apartment is superb, well appointed and comfortable, bedroom with a huge bed, a bathroom with double sinks, bathtub on one side and shower on the other. the well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony with a view of the golf course . Excellent stay! We regretted only coming for one night!

SSHENGXINThis hotel is very nice, with a separate yard, very quiet. Not far from the central station and the Palais des Papes, but also with a kitchen, you can eat it yourself. If you check in later than 7pm, the hotel will send you an email in the afternoon to inform you of the check-in method. It is very detailed. If the check-out time is earlier than the hotel front desk, please put the room card in the room and close the door. . The only bad thing is that there are no slippers. Take it with you. The hotel has its own car park, but it is estimated that it must be booked in advance, not much location.
