Very good position ,main street front of the beach ,frendlly personal ,nice pool and restaurant ,atmosphere is quiet and that s what i searched for ,you can acces easelly all good restaurants ,bars ,rental car points from Kokkini ,we will come again for sure

George an Lavrendis are the best in the Hotel, they are so polite and have a good sense of humor. Hotel has a greatlocation, just by the perfect beach. We will n back definitely. Waterpark and Heraklion are also closed. The food is good, the room tidiness also great.

Wonderful small hotel with stunning views of the beach & sea. Lovely, friendly staff & plenty of delicious food for breakfast & evening meals. Very clean throughout & pool area is kept well-maintained too Drinks reasonably priced & lovely to relax in the bar area throughout the day Would definitely recommend if wanting a chilled, relaxing holiday at a small hotel with a great atmosphere

Nice small hotel,friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of freshly cooked food. Super view of sea as it is situated right on shoreline. Although on flight path it isn't a problem. Handy for bus trips into large towns. Would recommend if you want a quiet atmosphere.

I would like to thank the hotel's excelent staff for this wonderful holiday.The room was always tidy thanks to the hardworking maids.Through out the whole week we had been getting all sorts of traditional meals that were delicious.Also the receptionists were always considerate of our problems and the were always trying to help.Once again,thank you!

Beautiful hotel with perfect location on the beach. We felt like home. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel part of the family. The rooms are new and kept clean every day. We are a family of four and we had a great time. We will definitely return.

Really nice room overlooking the sea with a balcony. Weather not to great while we were there, but nice breakfasts, seats around the pool and along the sea edge. Some good restaurants a few minutes walk away and supermarkets/shops. We didn't eat evening meal while we were there. No beach to speak of but if you walk along the sea edge you can easily get to a beach area. Although we had a car, parking & traffic was a nightmare in Heraklion. Good bus service from near the hotel into the city is well worth using.

I spent a special stay at the Sunset Beach Hotel, a small, chic and quiet hotel. Daily cleaning in the room and very kind staff ready to help you with any information. The room with a sea view (that's what we paid at the travel agency and that's what we got) and the beach right in front of the hotel made our stay even more pleasant. The food is diverse and very tasty. Many taverns near the hotel. The party organized on Friday night was FABULOUS !!! Thank you for the week spent, thank you to the friendly and nice staff. Greetings from Romania to Lavrentis and especially to Penelope!!! We know where we will spend our vacations when we come to Greece!!! Efcharistos = Multumim = Köszönjük
