It‘s an old hotel. It was clean and comfy, but the equipment is very old. There is no WiFi. It’s centrally located and not far from the airport.

This is our second time to experience this hotel. The staff is welcoming. The environment is very nice. The room is clean and comfortable feeling like home. The clean er are diligent and polite. The food is delicious. We are happy to see same staff in the dining room again. They are professional and polite. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! I had stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa for 3 nights with family. Check in was very smooth. Mridusmitha was really a great help. Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy. Special thanks to the great service at Lounge from Vikas. House keeping staff were very thorough and room was Luxurious and very well maintained. I’ve stayed at too ***y Marriotts to count as a lifetime platinum member, and this is without question one of the best! From check-in to check-out, the facilities and staff exceeded all expectation — especially due to the grossly exaggerated negative reviews we had seen before arriving. The facilities are much more representative of a full-service Marriott than what one would experience in US-based Fairfield Marriotts. The staff were kind, gracious, and exceedingly helpful with all our needs. Vinaya checked us in and offered recommendations throughout our stay. Rohit kept our room in pristine condition. Jogender and Sree were the faces of the unbelievable chef and kitchen staff. Subhag, Kalpesh, Rasna and the entire serving team were top-notch. The security, pool, and cleaning staff were a joy to interact with throughout the day. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay at a little piece of paradise within the paradise that is Goa!

Okay hotels in the local area, the facilities are average. I went to the SPA and felt like I was dealt a few times. The experience was very poor. There are no surprises or surprises in the dining, not bad or not.
